Who we Are

About

Empowered for Influence (EFI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and mentoring young women into leadership. We bring together accomplished women—those who have achieved excellence in their fields—to mentor, guide, and support younger corporate and entrepreneurial ladies.

Vision

To change the status quo by increasing the number of women in leadership—especially in corporate and entrepreneurial spaces—to positively impact communities and contribute meaningfully to society.

What we do

EFI provides mentorship, leadership development, empowerment, and capacity-building opportunities for aspiring female leaders. Activities include:

Mentoring young women into leadership positions

Leadership training (workshops, seminars, webinars)

Capacity building in business, entrepreneurship & managerial skills

Psychological empowerment and self-esteem strengthening

Advocacy for increased female representation in leadership

Networking and stakeholder engagement

Supporting women to break corporate and entrepreneurial glass ceilings

Sponsorship and partnership opportunities for growth

Emotional and spiritual support when needed
