To build a network of women who have the passion and ambition to influence the lives of others and to equip younger women to achieve this status.

About EFI

Empowered for Influence (EFI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and mentoring young women into leadership. We bring together accomplished women—those who have achieved excellence in their fields—to mentor, guide, and support younger corporate and entrepreneurial ladies.
EFI provides a nurturing platform where promising young women are empowered psychologically, professionally, and strategically to rise into leadership roles, break the glass ceiling, and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
We partner with like-minded individuals and organizations to support the development, growth, and empowerment of female leaders across Ghana and beyond.

– Promote gender equality through advocacy and campaigns
– Strengthen partnerships with local & international organizations
– Build networks and coalitions that support women’s advancement
